What started off as a dream to own one of the premier historical buildings in downtown Waseca, MN soon transpired into something much bigger than we knew.
And over a period of a little under three years, we took not just one, but two buildings (side-by-side) and completely transformed them into the best small-event spaces within a 30-mile radius in Southern Minnesota.
We did this by preserving the historical richness embedded in the building’s foundation with our crystal-clear vision to craft something entirely fresh and innovative.
